Terms & Conditions — u9k Platform Rules and Player Obligations

To register and maintain an account on u9k, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by u9k or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by u9k for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify u9k promptly of any changes.

u9k reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any later point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. u9k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify u9k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. u9k does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

u9k reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including deposits that trigger fraud detection systems or that are associated with prohibited payment sources. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that matches the method used for your most recent deposit, and must be registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes to four business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours, subject to verification requirements.

u9k reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. During active verification, withdrawal processing may be suspended until the review is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus credits on u9k are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

A wager is only confirmed and accepted when u9k's system generates and displays a unique bet confirmation reference to the player. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. It is the player's responsibility to verify that a bet confirmation has been received before assuming a wager is active.

u9k reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

The following practices are strictly prohibited on u9k and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds in live casino games to transfer value to another player.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error that affects the outcome of a game round, u9k reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved in a manner that fairly restores the player's position, u9k's determination of the appropriate remedy is final. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied consistently across all game types on the platform.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and free bet offers issued by u9k are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion communication. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

u9k monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where the platform determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated wagering patterns to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers — u9k reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the player's account.

u9k provides all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account panel at no cost and with no delay in activation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders may be set to alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion request results in the immediate and irreversible closure of your account. Re-registration is not permitted following a permanent self-exclusion.

u9k takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you share a device with individuals under the age of 21, you are responsible for ensuring that your u9k account is not accessible to them. We recommend using device-level parental controls and logging out of your account after every session. Where u9k has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being accessed by a person under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

All content on the u9k platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the proprietary property of u9k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the u9k platform without the prior written consent of u9k.

u9k endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or connectivity issues outside u9k's control may result in temporary service interruptions. u9k will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — suffered by a player as a result of a service interruption.

You acknowledge that gambling involves a substantial risk of financial loss. You accept full and sole responsibility for all wagering decisions made on your account. u9k does not accept liability for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform. You must not wager more than you can afford to lose. Past winnings do not guarantee future results. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless u9k, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your fraudulent or abusive conduct on the platform; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the platform.

u9k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable account information.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Use of automated tools or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account access by a person under 21 years of age.
• Any activity that u9k determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting u9k support at [email protected]. Before processing account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of u9k's services, you must first contact the customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your account reference, the date of the incident, and the nature of your complaint. u9k will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within seven business days of receipt.

u9k's decision on any dispute is final once the internal review process has been completed. u9k operates in good faith and aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and transparently.

u9k may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, u9k will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
